- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients;
- Present tailored offers, bonuses, and promotions;

- Track KPIs: reactivation rate, retention rate, revenue recovery;
- Analyze churn reasons and provide feedback to management;
- Work closely with VIP Account Managers for smooth handover of reactivated players.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Fluency in Brazil Portuguese (mandatory), Spanish will be benefit;
- Good command of English (written and spoken);
- Experience in iGaming / fintech / online services (preferred).
