We are looking for a System Administrator, to help our IT & Cybersecurity team to make sure the computer systems in our organization are running smoothly and securely, as well as enabling the employees to perform their best by having the right hardware and access level across sub-set of tools. With a mindset to automate repetitive tasks, the team release more time to improve processes that will impact other teams.

What you will do:

• Work on upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software

• Manage our Single Sign-On, MDM and antivírus tool, as well as our Zero trust solution

• Work together with the cybersecurity engineer to implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats

• Collaborate with the team to maintain compliance, improve security posture, and renewal of company certifications, e.g. PCI-DSS.

• Document and develop processes and policies

• Work on automation to reduce toil from repetitive and manual processes

• Execute on/off-boards of internal and external employees

• Help to build the team roadmap

• Work on the deployment of new Applications and supporting other teams

• Address requests to improve the office, identify good opportunities, and accept feedback

Who you are:

• You hold a BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a related technical field or have 2+ years of commercial experience

• You have proven experience with IT Systems, networks, and related technologies

• Experience with Linux, macOS and Windows systems

• You have knowledge in Remote device management (MDM) such as Hexnode, Jamf, JumpCloud

• You have basic knowledge in cloud computing (AWS preferred)

• You have basic understanding on cybersecurity and interest to develop skills on this field

• Knowledge of Single Sign-On, LDAP, or any other directory management access systems

• You have a sense of pragmatism, constantly finding the right balance between achieving technical excellence and delivering value to the entire company

• You have a growth mindset and “can-do” attitude , willing to improve your knowledge and take on more responsibilities
