Based in Milan, you’ll be the key contributor for Italy and the Netherlands in our inside-out approach, working on internal communications, events, culture alignment, engagement, employer branding and talent marketing.

Internal Communications (70%)

Own and deliver monthly newsletters with clear messaging
Create, edit and publish stories that showcase our values
Manage cultural projects end to end, from needs collection to launch
Execute the global events strategy locally (e.g., Summer Party)

Employer Brand & Talent Marketing (30%)

Keep employer brand touchpoints up to date across channels
Improve recruitment funnel conversion and content for media
