  • Broadcast engineer-in-charge for launch webcasts; TD/A1/A2/PM.
  • Design and deploy broadcast facilities and large-scale video/audio networks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve video and voice network issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers for scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Monitor health of video and voice equipment and networks.
  • Create and update documentation and inventory management.
  • Drive engineering support for company events and all-hands meetings.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's in IT/CS/EE or STEM + 2+ yrs video/voice/networking; OR 5+ yrs broadcast engineering w/o degree.
  • Video gear: routers, IP video, cameras, switches.
  • Audio gear: intercom matrices, broadcast consoles, wireless radios.
  • Broadcast transports: SMPTE 2110, AES67, Dante, SRT, RTMP, RTSP, WebRTC.
  • OSI model and networking standards.
  • Networking: Arista/Cisco switches; fiber; DNS/DHCP/PTP/SNMP.
  • Programming in Python, Bash, Go, JavaScript.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in tight spaces; physical dexterity.
  • Extended hours/weekends; schedule varies.
  • Occasional travel (<25%).
  • Pre-employment and background/drug/alcohol testing.
  • ITAR: US citizen/national or eligible for required authorizations.
