🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years editing with a strong portfolio; YouTube exp preferred
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Strong knowledge of YouTube pacing, retention, and best practices
• Experience editing long-form educational, narrative, or documentary content
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
• Collaborative communicator with producers and teams
