📋 Description

• Edit long-form videos for YouTube and owned platforms on a weekly cadence.
• Follow pre-production outlines and notes from the Lead Editor.
• Optimize pacing, structure, and retention with platform-aware edits.
• Identify footage issues and surface insights to improve storytelling.
• Apply retention tactics and narrative structure across platforms.
• Collaborate with short-form editors to repurpose content across platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects preferred.
• Basic motion graphics ability or quick learning to apply brand-aligned graphics.
• A portfolio website showcasing your strongest editing work (required).
• Strong organization and communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to balance speed, quality, and brand consistency in a deadline-driven environment.
