🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree at a minimum.
7-10+ years in product management; 2+ years managing PMs.
Experience shipping consumer or patient-facing experiences at scale.
Proven track record improving engagement, retention or habit-building.
Comfortable working with ML/AI teams or building highly personalized systems.
Experience with LLM-driven products or personalization engines.
