📋 Description

  • Open, sort, triage and distribute HR mail.
  • Prepare outgoing mail such as entity mail and checks.
  • Process new-hire on-boarding docs (I-9, W-4, offers).
  • Maintain digital employee files with current documents.
  • Manage the exit process: final pay, benefits, access termination.
  • Data entry, auditing and reporting in Vida HRIS (ADP).
  • Coordinate entity filings for the company.
  • Assist People Operations teams with administrative tasks.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years HR Assistant/Coordinator experience.
  • Hands-on HRIS experience; ADP proficiency a plus.
  • Familiar with Google Suite: Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets.
  • Operational excellence and customer service mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; detail-oriented.
  • Strong business sense, judgment and collaboration.
  • Effective project management.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Analytical skills; quick to learn new systems.
