- Maintain digital employee files with current documents.
- Manage the exit process: final pay, benefits, access termination.
- Data entry, auditing and reporting in Vida HRIS (ADP).
- Coordinate entity filings for the company.
- Assist People Operations teams with administrative tasks.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years HR Assistant/Coordinator experience.
- Hands-on HRIS experience; ADP proficiency a plus.
- Familiar with Google Suite: Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets.
- Operational excellence and customer service mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; detail-oriented.
- Strong business sense, judgment and collaboration.
- Effective project management.
- Thrives in fast-paced, changing environment.
- Analytical skills; quick to learn new systems.
