📋 Description

• End-to-end vehicle logistics: handovers, returns, and all movements.
• Own P&L for logistics costs; manage indirect costs like return damages.
• Shape FINN's logistics model: Stations, partnerships, and beyond.
• Scale FINN Station network to support growth.
• Manage senior stakeholders and partners, including MD-level negotiations.
• Lead ~20 FTE across functions.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in fast-paced ops environment
• 2+ years people leadership across diverse teams
• Entrepreneurial; able to whiteboard new operating models and hands-on.
• Strong conceptual thinking with bias for real-world execution
• Senior stakeholder/negotiation skills
• German (C2) and English (C1+); comfortable with ambiguity and travel
