• Set strategy and lead HEOR leadership for VDEM.
• Collaborate across units on strategy and execution.
• Deliver evidence strategy, modeling, and related services.
• Coordinate prioritization, resources, and project delivery.
• Grow HEOR services and expand related offerings.
• Manage client relationships and revenue targets.

🎯 Requirements

• 10-12+ years in HEOR consulting.
• Postgraduate degree (PhD/MD/PharmD) preferred.
• Strong payer requirements knowledge (CMS, ICER, private payers).
• Proven leadership in HEOR publications and client management.
• Pharmacoeconomic modeling experience (budget impact, cost effectiveness).
• Clear rationale, methods, and results communication; strong writing.
