  • Provide executive leadership across HR Operations, including Compliance, Process, and Total Rewards.
  • Develop total rewards strategy; includes salary reviews, merit, equity, and awards.

  • Own global lifecycle governance: onboarding, offboarding, probation, background checks, docs.
  • Lead HR systems integration; modernize with Ericsson stack (SuccessFactors, Degreed); adoption.
  • Build and lead a global HR team; foster operational excellence and data-driven decisions.

🎯 Requirements

  • Extensive experience in global HR operations, people services leadership, or total rewards leadership
  • Deep understanding of compensation, benefits, job architecture, and pay equity.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, lifecycle processes, and service delivery models
  • Proven experience with HR systems implementations (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday)
  • Strong analytical skills: data analysis, KPIs, and ROI modelling
  • Experience leading multi-country HR ops or shared services at scale
