- Extensive experience in global HR operations, people services leadership, or total rewards leadership
- Deep understanding of compensation, benefits, job architecture, and pay equity.
- Strong knowledge of compliance, lifecycle processes, and service delivery models
- Proven experience with HR systems implementations (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday)
- Strong analytical skills: data analysis, KPIs, and ROI modelling
- Experience leading multi-country HR ops or shared services at scale
