🎯 Requirements
- 12+ years in professional services or customer delivery; 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Proven ability to build or transform a technical services org with delivery/advisory integration.
- Experience in AppSec, Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or enterprise SaaS.
- Working knowledge of AppSec tooling (SCA, SAST, DAST) and CI/CD/cloud ecosystems.
- Proven services P&L ownership, revenue and margin accountability.
- Experience leading TAM or post-sale advisory at scale and driving renewals.
