📋 Description

  • End-to-End Technical Services Leadership
  • Define and own operating model for unified Technical Services
  • Lead onboarding, implementation, adoption, and value realization
  • Build scalable delivery across SMB, Commercial, Enterprise, Strategic/Federal
  • Establish engagement models between Technical Services, Customer Success, and Support
  • Champion a "get the job done for our customers" mindset

🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years in professional services or customer delivery; 5+ years in senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to build or transform a technical services org with delivery/advisory integration.
  • Experience in AppSec, Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Working knowledge of AppSec tooling (SCA, SAST, DAST) and CI/CD/cloud ecosystems.
  • Proven services P&L ownership, revenue and margin accountability.
  • Experience leading TAM or post-sale advisory at scale and driving renewals.
