Vice President, Strategic Finance and FPA

📋 Description

• Lead the company planning cycle: long-range plans and forecasts for P&L and cash flow.
• Grow a global FP&A team with clear career paths.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Ops, and Product to drive decisions.
• Build analytic tools/models to identify trends, variances, levers.
• Provide ad hoc analyses to support business decisions and negotiations.
• Lead monthly business reviews and reporting to management and Board.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years FP&A experience with 5+ years leadership.
• Public-company experience.
• GAAP and revenue recognition familiarity.
• Modeling and data analysis with SQL, Looker, LLMs, Gemini.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Change-agent in high-growth environments.
