Vice President, Strategic Finance and FP&A

📋 Description

• Lead long-range planning, annual plans, and monthly/quarterly forecasts.
• Grow and develop a global FP&A team with clear career paths.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Product to drive finance decisions.
• Build analytics tools and models to identify trends, variances, and levers.
• Generate ad hoc analyses to support key business decisions and negotiations.
• As a Senior Leadership Team member, instill finance discipline and visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years Finance/FP&A experience; 5+ years leadership.
• Experience scaling planning, forecasting, and reporting in growth environments.
• Public company experience; GAAP accounting and revenue recognition.
• Strong modeling and data analysis using SQL and Looker.
• Proven change agent in high-growth, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation to execs and boards.
• M&A experience including valuation, due diligence, and integration.
