- Own end-to-end ServiceNow GTM & partnership in the Americas.
- Drive qualified leads, pipeline, and bookings through the ServiceNow channel.
- Maintain Elite Partner status; manage certifications and CSAT tracking.
- Build and execute joint GTM with ServiceNow AMS leadership.
- Manage relationships by geo/vertical; report on value delivery.

- 8โ15+ years in alliances or partner-led enterprise sales.
- 3+ years owning a major ServiceNow platform partnership.
- Quota-carrying record of multi-million-dollar services pipeline.
- Fluency in Sell-With / Sell-Through GTM economics and MDF.
- Deep network across ServiceNow's Americas field.
- Experience with hyperscaler partners (cloud marketplace, co-sell).
- Knowledge of ServiceNow AI roadmap for executive dialogues.
- Operationally rigorous with forecast discipline.
- Willingness to travel across the Americas.
