  • Own end-to-end ServiceNow GTM & partnership in the Americas.
  • Drive qualified leads, pipeline, and bookings through the ServiceNow channel.
  • Maintain Elite Partner status; manage certifications and CSAT tracking.
  • Build and execute joint GTM with ServiceNow AMS leadership.
  • Manage relationships by geo/vertical; report on value delivery.

  • 8โ€“15+ years in alliances or partner-led enterprise sales.
  • 3+ years owning a major ServiceNow platform partnership.
  • Quota-carrying record of multi-million-dollar services pipeline.
  • Fluency in Sell-With / Sell-Through GTM economics and MDF.
  • Deep network across ServiceNow's Americas field.
  • Experience with hyperscaler partners (cloud marketplace, co-sell).
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow AI roadmap for executive dialogues.
  • Operationally rigorous with forecast discipline.
  • Willingness to travel across the Americas.
