🎯 Requirements

- 8+ years healthcare real estate underwriting experience; 3+ years FHA Section 232.
- HUD LEAN Underwriter designation current and in good standing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
