📋 Description

  • Lead and grow Sales Ops team (Ops, Enablement, Deals Desk, Analytics).
  • Advise CRO on opportunities to boost sales performance and efficiency.
  • Lead annual and long-range planning: capacity, territory design, coverage.
  • Own end-to-end sales process from lead handoff to booking.

  • Deep SaaS revenue ops, forecasting experience.
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling; Excel and BI (Qlik).
  • CRM experience (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • Design/implement scalable processes and compensation frameworks.
  • Experience with AI/ML tools in sales or revenue ops.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
