🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in a VP of Sales or equivalent
  • Enterprise software sales in startups and mid-large enterprises
  • Proven record building and leading high-performance sales teams
  • Proven results vs target plans; growth software/services experienced
  • Strong sales management fundamentals and team selling
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com
  • Proficient in prospecting and funnel building
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and team building
  • Travel up to 50%
