📋 Description

  • Lead APJ sales across Enterprise, MM, and SMB via direct and partner channels.
  • Drive sustainable, predictable revenue growth and APJ market expansion.
  • Position LivePerson as the gold standard for conversational commerce in APJ.
  • Build and coach a diverse, high-performing team across multiple countries.
  • Report to Chief Revenue & Customer Officer and align with international strategy.

🎯 Requirements

  • 15+ years SaaS/Cloud sales experience.
  • 7-10 years in senior leadership across multi-country regions (APJ preferred).
  • Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of overachieving quotas and scaling regional revenue.
  • Conversational AI fluency; articulate ROI to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Sales methodology: MEDDPICC/Challenger/Value Selling; Salesforce pipeline.
  • GTM strategy: direct and indirect partner ecosystems.
