- Acts as SME for Revenue Recovery products (DRG & DRGV) and Medical Necessity Denials.
- Defines departmental goals, financial targets, and KPIs aligned with company objectives.
- Leads strategic direction of Revenue Recovery and continuous improvement.
- Oversees quality and productivity metrics and benchmarks.
- Leads process changes and training of operational best practices within Revenue Recovery.

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in health information management, nursing, healthcare administration, or business; Master’s preferred.
- Active CCS, RHIT, or RHIA strongly preferred.
- 7-10 years leadership in healthcare reimbursement; 5+ years in clinical denials or inpatient claims.
- Experience in client-facing roles with internal teams.
- Strong understanding of inpatient coding, DRG reimbursement, and payer guidelines.
- Experience navigating hospital revenue cycle environments and data/reporting tools.
