📋 Description

• Strategic Leadership: Develop enterprise-wide revenue cycle strategy.
• People Leadership: Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Billing & Collections: Oversee coding, claims submission, reimbursement, and AR management.
• Patient Intake Services: Oversee intake, benefit verification, financial counseling, prior authorizations, and call center ops.
• Payer & Contracting Relations: Partner with Market Access to maintain payer relationships and contracts.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure CMS/HIPAA and payer-specific regulatory adherence.
• AI, Technology & Process Optimization: Leverage AI, ML, automation, and analytics to improve performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, healthcare administration, or related field (MBA or MHA preferred).
• 12+ years of revenue cycle management experience, preferably in molecular/precision diagnostics.
• 6+ years of leadership in revenue cycle management building high-performing teams.
• 4+ years of P&L responsibility.
• Extensive expertise in payer contracting, reimbursement methodologies, and healthcare finance.
• Proven success scaling revenue cycle operations for a growing healthcare organization.
• Passion for utilizing AI and automation to optimize systems and processes.
