  • Develop a Community Impact strategy aligned with mission and CRA goals.
  • Manage and deepen relations with philanthropic/non-profit partners to advance objectives.
  • Develop structured programs with measurable impact and identify new partnerships.
  • Lead the Sustainability Report development with data validation and SASB/TCFD alignment.
  • Support external positioning via reports, talking points, and brand-aligned briefs.
  • Partner with CRA Officer and HR to integrate donations with CRA initiatives.

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Crisis communications, issues management, and change management.
  • Familiarity with financial services or sustainability sectors.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; detail-oriented.
