🎯 Requirements

15+ years progressive ops leadership; 5+ years in a VP-level role.
Proven in scaling ops in growth-stage contract manufacturing.
Expertise in production program mgmt, supply chain strategy, Lean/CI.
Proven ability to lead large, globally distributed teams.
Strong cross-functional influencing to align stakeholders.
Bachelor’s in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
