Enterprise owner of MG-ALFA modeling ecosystem, ensure governance.
Lead model development for US GAAP, US statutory, capital, forecasting.
Oversee model change management, documentation, validation, and governance.
Ensure models reflect accounting bases (US GAAP LDTI, US statutory, tax, economic).
Collaborate with valuation, capital, FP&A, risk, and product to deliver outputs on time.
Partner with technology to automate and integrate modeling with systems.

🎯 Requirements

Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) required.
10+ years actuarial exp with financial modeling and governance.
Deep MG-ALFA expertise; ownership of enterprise model frameworks preferred.
Extensive knowledge of US GAAP (LDTI) and US statutory; BMA experience a plus.
Strong programming: Python, SQL, VBA, C++ to automate workflows.
Excellent communication and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
