📋 Description

• Define and drive product strategy for Pantheon\'s platform, aligned with company goals.
• Own the platform roadmap, prioritizing features that deliver maximum value to customers and the business.
• Lead competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and keep Pantheon at the forefront of WebOps.
• Build, mentor, and manage a team of Product Managers, fostering growth and leadership.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization; ensure timely, high-quality delivery with Engineering and Design.
• Drive collaboration with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on priorities and initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of product management experience, including 8+ years in leadership roles within SaaS or PaaS.
• Proven track record of defining and executing product strategy at scale, delivering impactful results.
• Deep technical expertise, with a solid understanding of platform architecture and web technologies.
• Experience building and managing high-performing product teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to balance customer needs with business goals.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Data-driven decision-making approach, with a strong grasp of analytics and performance metrics.
