🎯 Requirements
- 12+ years of product design and/or research experience, incl. 5+ years in leadership.
- Experience in product-led growth (PLG) or self-service environments.
- Proven success leading multi-disciplinary UX & research in SaaS/productivity.
- Strong foundation in interaction design, UX strategy, design systems, and research.
- Experience unifying web and mobile surfaces into a cohesive UX.
- Track record using qualitative & quantitative insights to inform strategy.
