🎯 Requirements
- 12+ years in product design and/or research; 5+ years in senior leadership
- Experience in product-led growth (PLG) or self-service environments
- Proven success leading multi-disciplinary UX and research orgs in SaaS/productivity
- Strong foundation in interaction design, UX strategy, design systems, research methodologies
- Experience unifying product surfaces across web and mobile
- Track record of leveraging qualitative and quantitative insight to shape strategy
- Technically current; applies AI/ML tools to improve UX/research/workflows
