📋 Description

• Serve as the strategic lead and executive counterpart for enterprise deployments.
• Translate complex business and talent challenges into clear transformation plans.
• Build trust and influence with senior stakeholders as thought partner and driver of change.
• Lead a cross-functional deployment team (delivery, data, comms, change).
• Facilitate strategic sessions, steer executive updates, and own the value story.
• Partner with the Account Team to maximize expansion opportunities through advisory-led influence.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in consulting, HR transformation, or org development.
• Executive-level advising with CHROs or enterprise leaders.
• Deep domain in human capital, people strategy, or talent systems with business acumen.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional deployments or change initiatives at scale.
• Exceptional communication to craft and deliver a compelling narrative.
• Comfort with ambiguity; bias for action and continuous improvement.
• Experience operating inside high-growth SaaS or people-tech is a plus.
• Outcome-driven, ownership mindset, long-term impact.
