Vice President, Patient Journey Innovation

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional team for patient journey, digital experiences, and content.
• Define and drive engagement using evidence-based models; AI personalization.
• Oversee patient communications across email, SMS, in-app; timely interventions.
• Build AI-enabled content and messaging; personalize by patient segment.
• Own engagement KPIs: activation, enrollment, retention, and completion.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Data, Engineering, and Care Ops to align care model.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years leading patient engagement, digital health UX, or content strategy.
• 4+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Deep grounding in behavioral science; frameworks like motivational interviewing, SDT, COM-B.
• AI-native approach with hands-on AI tools for personalization, content generation, or predictive engagement.
• Proven success driving engagement and retention in healthcare products; translate theory into measurable outcomes.
• Strong data analysis and experimentation skills; ML-driven segmentation is a plus.
