  • AI-native approach with hands-on AI tools for personalization, content generation, or predictive engagement.
  • Proven success driving engagement and retention in healthcare products; translate theory into measurable outcomes.
  • Strong data analysis and experimentation skills; ML-driven segmentation is a plus.
