• Drive large-scale org transformations to boost effectiveness, adaptability, and culture.
• Partner with senior leaders to align structure, talent, and operating models to growth goals.
• Build frameworks for org design, change management, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement in capabilities and organizational effectiveness via L&D.
• Lead company-wide programs (future of work, performance enablement, leadership alignment).
• Serve as thought partner to People Experience leadership, guiding global workforce scaling.

• A strong track record of designing and leading successful organizational transformation initiatives in global environments.
• Deep expertise in org design, change management, talent strategy, and culture transformation.
• Proven experience developing global Learning & Development strategies.
• Ability to partner across functions and influence outcomes at all levels, including C-suite.
• A systems thinker who creates scalable solutions that elevate the employee experience.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments—with a bias for action and impact.
