🎯 Requirements

10+ years of supply chain leadership at scale
Seasonal, fulfillment-heavy environments experience
Deep experience with print manufacturing or multi-SKU supply chains
Proven ability to build systems (ERP/inventory)
Strong financial acumen: cost modeling and vendor negotiation
ERP/inventory implementation experience (NetSuite)
