🎯 Requirements

8+ years in product management and engineering leadership for internal platforms.
Bilingual in Spanish and English; capable of executive presentations.
Global leadership bridging LATAM and US engineering teams.
Willing to travel up to 20% internationally.
Hands-on Azure ecosystem, modern software architecture, and API integrations.
Experience with Azure Foundry and Copilot Studio for agentic AI.
