• Advise CEO and exec team on org design, leadership, planning, and change.
• Translate strategy into scalable people systems for multi-market growth.

• Oversee talent acquisition attracting mission-aligned clinical and non-clinical talent.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/OD/Business or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 8–10 years HR leadership including org development, talent acquisition, and culture.
• Experience in hospice/home care or healthcare preferred.
• Commitment to mission/values with passion for compassionate end-of-life care.
