  • Establish operating cadences and coach leadership teams.
  • Manage pricing, staffing, and capacity to scale impact.

  • 10+ years paid media leadership with multi-channel experience.
  • Experience managing middle managers over billable consultants.
  • P&L ownership with responsibility for gross margin and outcomes.
  • Fluency across paid channels (search, social, programmatic).
  • Proven ability developing middle managers into senior leaders.
  • Preferred: agency/consulting background with cross-functional work.
