Vice President of Operations

📋 Description

• Leads enterprise HPS operations with ownership of performance and scalable processes.
• Partners with executives and Compliance, Finance, IT, and Clinical teams to drive controls.
• Ensures readiness to support growth, new markets, and evolving regulatory requirements.
• Owns Payment Integrity strategy: prevention, detection, investigation, and resolution.
• Establishes auditable workflows, SOPs, and scalable controls with IT/Analytics.
• Defines KPIs, SLAs, and leads continuous improvement to reduce rework.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field required.
• Master’s degree in a related field strongly preferred.
• Formal training or certs in operations, payment integrity, compliance, or analytics preferred.
• Minimum of ten years of progressive experience leading healthcare or health plan operations.
• Minimum of five years of senior leadership experience managing multi-layered teams.
• Demonstrated experience with Payment Integrity programs and FWA detection.
