🎯 Requirements

Minimum 5 years in security operations; commensurate education/experience.
Minimum 4 years management experience, preferably in corporate security and guard force mgmt.
Experience in residential, multifamily service sector.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Highly motivated, energetic, self-directed with strong analytical skills.
Clear communication of technical concepts to varied audiences.
