Source, evaluate, and execute student housing acquisitions nationwide.
Lead underwriting and financial analysis of investment opportunities with analysts.
Collaborate with development, capital markets, asset and property mgmt to execute post-closing plans.
Manage transaction processes: negotiations, due diligence, and legal docs (LOI, PSA, JV).
Build relationships with brokers, investors, lenders, and industry partners.
Lead, mentor, and develop the investment team for sourcing and underwriting.

🎯 Requirements

6–10 years in student housing or multifamily development/acquisitions with a strong track record.
Established network within student housing or broader real estate investment.
Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.
Bachelor’s or master’s in real estate, finance, business, or related field.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
