📋 Description

  • Serve as a member of the leadership team, owning people strategy with accountability.
  • Oversee HR operations, tech, and people analytics; ensure policies and data scale.
  • Build and scale HR programs, processes, and infrastructure to support continued company growth.
  • Lead workforce planning and organizational design initiatives across departments.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop hiring strategies attracting AI, SaaS, and healthcare tech talent.
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen performance management, engagement, leadership development, succession, and change.

🎯 Requirements

  • Based in Indianapolis, hybrid schedule with regular in-office presence.
  • Comfortable in an AI-native company; advocate for AI-enabled HR tools; discern efficient tech.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership in high-growth SaaS/tech.
  • Ability to engage leadership on strategy and handle employee-level conversations.
  • Proven track record in difficult conversations on performance, compensation, and change.
  • Experience as a peer to leadership; defend viewpoints and adapt with new information.
