  • Identify and recruit high-producing escrow officers across Texas.

  • Partner with incoming escrow officers for smooth transitions.

  • 7+ years in Texas title insurance (sales, BD, or senior ops).
  • Experience managing a sales/BD team; able to hire, coach, and hold reps accountable.
  • Deep relationships with escrow officers, real estate pros, and title talent in Texas.
  • Proven track record recruiting top talent or growing market share.
  • Strong understanding of Texas title/escrow ops, underwriter relationships, and agency dynamics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills; well respected in the industry.
  • Self-directed and entrepreneurial; comfortable operating with minimal structure.
  • Familiarity with Qualia or similar title production platforms.
