- 7+ years in Texas title insurance (sales, BD, or senior ops).
- Experience managing a sales/BD team; able to hire, coach, and hold reps accountable.
- Deep relationships with escrow officers, real estate pros, and title talent in Texas.
- Proven track record recruiting top talent or growing market share.
- Strong understanding of Texas title/escrow ops, underwriter relationships, and agency dynamics.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills; well respected in the industry.
- Self-directed and entrepreneurial; comfortable operating with minimal structure.
- Familiarity with Qualia or similar title production platforms.
