🎯 Requirements
- Proven federal BD experience with a track record of full and open pursuits across civilian/defense agencies
- Deep familiarity with HHS, CMS, and/or adjacent federal civilian markets; VA/DoD a plus
- Experience working in an integrated BD and capture model — comfortable operating across both disciplines
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes, contract vehicles, and agency budget cycles
- Experience developing account plans, multi-year pipelines, and customer engagement strategies across a diverse federal portfolio
- Ability to build credible relationships with program offices and contracting officers at all levels
