• Improve execution, velocity, and product quality
• Strengthen planning, estimation, and processes
• Raise accountability and ownership across teams
• Develop strong engineering leaders and succession depth
• Drive AI-enabled product and development capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years software engineering experience
• 6+ years leading 50-150 engineers
• Cloud-native distributed systems; AWS preferred
• Deep web stack knowledge: APIs, React, TypeScript
• Experience deploying AI/ML or GenAI in production
• Track record improving execution, quality, and velocity
