🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in category management, insights, analytics in CPG.
- Proven leadership of analytics or data teams.
- Strong knowledge of Snowflake and Power BI; modern data stack; AI agents a plus.
- Ability to translate data into actionable strategies that drive revenue.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions.
- Track record delivering scalable analytics capabilities and adopting new tech.
