  • Recruit, hire & develop an enterprise SaaS sales team (RVPs/ Directors/ AEs)
  • Drive strategy to exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives
  • Develop plan to increase senior exec relationships with customers
  • Build trust-based relationships with Marketing, Product & Engineering, Finance, Ops
  • Develop pricing/packaging and product competences for large deals
  • Lead sales management: planning, methodology, forecasting and dev

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding enterprise SaaS sales objectives in Global 2000
  • Land-and-expand strategy to grow accounts into enterprise standard
  • Engage and develop value-based relationships with Global 2000 C-level executives
  • Minimum of 7 years experience, including third-line mgmt leading enterprise software teams
  • 10+ years in software with recent enterprise SaaS experience (business apps)
  • Challenger Sale or other modern sales methodologies
