  • Define and execute the long-term strategy for GitLab's global commercial legal function.
  • Serve as primary legal partner to CRO, CFO, and GTM leadership; advise on strategy and AI contracting.

🎯 Requirements

  • Hands-on CLM implementation/expansion; Q2C integration with Sales, Finance, Rev Ops.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS contracting, data privacy, and complex partner/public sector agreements; FedRAMP/FAR-DFARS familiarity.
  • Proven executive presence with C-suite influence and ability to lead distributed teams remotely.
