🎯 Requirements
- Juris Doctorate; 10+ years’ experience.
- 4+ years in space or defense sectors.
- 4+ years with US government contracts experience at top firms/agencies/in-house.
- Licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
- Experience negotiating/drafting complex gov/commercial contracts, incl licensing/software.
- Active Secret Security Clearance; strong ethics and communication.
