📋 Description

• Lead strategy and modernization of lab informatics platforms.
• Oversee ~200-person org across multiple laboratories.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with lab ops, product, engineering, quality, and regulatory teams.
• Remote role with periodic travel to CA and TX.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in laboratory informatics or enterprise software.
• Experience leading large teams (100+ people).
• Deep understanding of sample accessioning, tracking, and workflows.
• Proven track record modernizing legacy/homegrown platforms.
• Strong executive presence with cross-functional influence.
• Familiar with CLIA, CAP, and FDA-regulated diagnostics.
