  • 10+ years of sales team leadership and management experience
  • Expertise in healthcare, health benefits, digital solutions, or disease management
  • Relevant sales experience within the benefits or wellness space required
  • Experience selling direct, via channel partners, and consultants
  • Willingness to travel extensively as needed
