🎯 Requirements
- Deep underwriting experience and understanding of P&L and return metrics (ROIC, IRR).
- Prior work in investment banking, consulting, private equity or corporate development; MBA preferred.
- People leader who builds high-performing teams and culture.
- Strong project management skills; handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to interface, present and negotiate with customers at all management levels; craft succinct exec-level presentations.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.
