Vice President, Identity & Access Management

📋 Description

• Develop and own the global IAM strategy, roadmap, and budget.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a globally distributed IAM team.
• Partner with stakeholders to define IAM standards and policies.
• Drive IAM evolution by evaluating new technologies and best practices.
• Oversee IAM operations: authentication and authorization for all identities.
• Champion IAM best practices and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience developing, architecting, and leading large-scale enterprise IAM programs.
• Demonstrated experience building and mentoring globally distributed teams across time zones.
• Deep expertise in IAM concepts: least privilege, PAM, SoD, RBAC/ABAC, MFA, federation, provisioning, attestation, secrets management, and Zero Trust.
• Proven experience managing identities and access in a complex federated environment.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills to align leadership on security strategies.
• Experience implementing IAM policies aligned with SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001; CISSP/CISM desirable.
