🎯 Requirements
- 8–12 years of progressive HR experience; 3+ years in director/VP HR roles.
- Experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS company is highly preferred.
- Prior experience at PE or VC-backed SaaS firms is strongly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of employment law, compensation practices, and benefits.
- Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM) preferred.
- Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and executives.
