📋 Description

  • Own the full employee lifecycle from talent acquisition to performance, rewards, and culture.
  • Build, lead, and develop the HR team with clear goals and operating rhythms.
  • Serve as a hands-on player-coach across all HR disciplines while scaling the function.
  • Partner with Finance to manage HR budget, headcount, systems, and program spend.
  • Oversee employee relations, compliance, and risk management with sound judgment.
  • Drive scalable performance management and culture programs aligned to company objectives.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8–12 years of progressive HR experience; 3+ years in director/VP HR roles.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS company is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience at PE or VC-backed SaaS firms is strongly preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of employment law, compensation practices, and benefits.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM) preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and executives.
